Cultivated by hand. The soil: clay & gravel (stony), Gradient 3%. Non irrigated vineyard. Yield per ha (approx.10000 sq.m.): 7000 kg Harvested by hand. Name of the plot: Pyrgaki
The wine: Color: Red deep ruby. Aromas: fresh red fruit (red berry,red & black cherry) & floral (cherry blossom). Acidity medium & tannins are Medium, Round Flavor: fresh red fruit & sweet spices (cinnamon) Body: medium, good aftertaste.
